TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR IRINA STUDIO INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") represent the entire agreement between [IRINA STUDIO] ("Designer") and Client ("Client") for the interior design services ("Services") to be provided by Designer to Client. By accepting these terms and conditions, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Scope of Services

Design Process

2.1 If any further design or project management work is required, clients must contact IRINA STUDIO directly to arrange it. Any client business projects must be allocated fairly to the studio's freelance interior designers, taking into account their current workload and availability, which needs to be managed through IRINA STUDIO. It is not permitted for the client or their referral/recommendation to contact the freelance interior designers directly to arrange further design/project management work. IRINA STUDIO may end any agreement and suspend or terminate a client's access to the site immediately and without notice if they fail to make payment, breach their terms and conditions, or for any other reason deemed necessary.

2.2 IRINA STUDIO provides design recommendations only, and the details of where to buy recommended products will be provided, but they cannot be held responsible for changes in price, stock issues, or accuracy of this information. If the design-only option is chosen, clients will need to implement the designs themselves. However, clients can request further help with purchases from the designer and will be charged accordingly. IRINA STUDIO reserves the right to cancel orders and refund clients if necessary.

Fees and Payment

3.1 IRINA STUDIO accepts payments via bank transfer, cheque, or cash. For the online-only service, full payment (non-refundable) is required before designs commence. For the personalized service, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before commencement of the designs (maximum 5 working days from the invoice issue date). The remaining 50% balance is due on the design presentation day (maximum 5 working days from the invoice issue date). For the project management service, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before commencement of any project management work (maximum 5 working days from the invoice issue date).
